All orders take 7 days to process and deliver.
We offer COLLECTION for those based in Dublin Ireland. also offer next day delivery (working day) shipping fee is €10 (PLEASE DM US ON OUR INSTAGRAM REGARDING SAME DAY COLLECTION AND DELIVERY)
If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it may take 7 working days to get to you. Meaning Saturday and Sunday's are not included in the shipping or processing time.
Please note that during holidays, delivery times might be affected. However, You'll receive updates on your order during this period.

You will receive your tracking number once your order has been processed please be patient within the 7 day delivery timeframe. **Please note custom charges might be added by your customs office depending on how much value your item is***
**We don't offer refunds / accept returns.**However, we are be able to offer exchanges if you received the wrong hair.
For exchanges, the item should be unused and not tampered with, and you should reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. Availability for exchanges may vary.
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. ( THE PRODUCT EXCHANGED HAS TO BE THE SAME PRICE OR SAME INCH )
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or exchange your order within 10 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically able to exchange the item.
